Orange Bikes Officially Soft Launch Their EPO eBike

At the beginning of the year, we were blessed with pictures of a prototype Orange eBike with no confirmed release date. However it seems that Orange Bikes have been slowly releasing their eBike to stores across the UK.

Officially dubbed the EPO (Electric Powered Orange), the high end electric bike stays true to its initial concept sporting the Shimano E8000 Steps motor, Fox Factory forks and shock, and that big 504Wh integrated battery.

Scrolling through Instagram with the hashtag #ebike, the occasionally picture pops up showing the retail version of the EPO in stores. With a few posts like this and Plant Cycle Works confirming the release, it’s safe to say that these have officially soft launched.

There is word that there are 2 EPO models available. One being the flagship variant equipped with the Fox Factory spec and Di2 retailing around £7,500 whilst the lower spec EPO will cost between £6,000 and £6,500. It seems pricing has not been confirmed, but if you are interested, it’s best to contact your local ebike store. For more details, check out Orange Bikes website.
